So we set out to accomplish a clear goal: to expose the affluent class of Latin America to the world of Four Seasons and encourage them to book a stay by showcasing the exceptional luxury, services, and experience they could expect.
Although a tall order, we knew our audience didn’t want to just visit a place — they wanted to feel a place, and discover what makes each destination unique. We showed this through a customized campaign in Spanish and Portuguese — developing a custom landing page, manifesto video, display ads, email, and canvas and carousel ads on social media.
The result? Tens of thousands of bookings from our target market — a 3,000% increase from the previous year.
